Coils: Inspecting, cleaning, and ensuring the evaporator and condenser coils are efficient. Filters: Checking, cleaning, or replacing air filters for better airflow and air quality. Drainage: Cleaning the condensate drain line to prevent clogs, water damage, and mold. Thermostat: Testing calibration and settings for accurate temperature control.
